- You have 10 minutes to check your package upon delivery. If you choose not to accept it, you can return it on the spot.
- After acceptance, no exchanges or refunds are allowed, except for defective items.

If you receive a defective item, we offer a full refund, and the shipping fee will be covered by us. The product must be in its original condition.
